Patrick Xavier Clark - Known as DJ Pat In H-Town - He was caught in the east side of town on December 2nd and for the murder of TakeOff (real name Kirshnik Khari Ball) held outside 810 Billiards and Bowling Alley in Houston on November 1, 2022.
According to the affidavit, Clark was the only other person seen executing a weapon. He then fled on foot to the nearby House of Blues, and during the shooting he held a bottle of wine in his other hand.
Police noticed that he brought the bottle of wine with him to the HOB and left it in the parking lot where authorities tested his fingerprints and linked Clark to the TakeOff murder.
HPD Sgt. Michael Borough added, "I can tell you that TakeOff was not involved in a dice game, was not involved in the argument that was taking place outside, was not armed, but was an innocent bystander."
The first arrest was made in the TakeOff shooting last month when Lil Cam (real name Cameron Joshua) arrested in Houston, Texas on November 22 and was charged with a felony charge of illegally carrying a weapon.
