YNW Millie calls him meek mill, Kim Kardashian, DJ Akademiks and President of the United States Joe Biden to help get his phone privileges in order to talk to his family for the holidays.
On Saturday (December 3), the "Suicidal" rapper shared a pair of photos in an Instagram post along with a lengthy caption detailing his "abuse and discrimination," which he's allegedly experienced since he was jailed in Broward County, Florida. After his arrest in 2019 for allegedly killing two of his friends, Christopher "YNW Juvy" Thomas Jr. and Anthony "YNW Sakchaser" Williams.
In the first part of the sweeping statement, allegedly made by YNW Melly himself, Melly claims the abuse has been going on for years and proceeds to give the names of correctional staff who were involved in the alleged attacks on his person.
"In the photo taken over a year ago, I'm smiling, but as I'm talking to you from my cell at this very moment, I'm crying in the present," YNW Melly wrote in the caption. "I have been silent for years about abuse, discrimination and abuse of power mentally and emotionally, I have been suffering and in fear Captain Archibald Hubert of BSO staff. XO Jean Baptiste and XO Jenkins are just a few names of the high ranking staff who have imposed this treatment."
YNW Melly continues, explaining how his phone privileges were originally taken away for a minor infraction while also claiming that it has been several months since he spoke to any of his contacts with the outside world.
"On the 8th of April I was informed that I was not allowed to use the telephone indefinitely (which means forever) Captain Archibald canceled my calls for using another guest's pin to talk on the telephone," he wrote. “Normally when someone is disciplined for this, the phone is usually on a 30-day leash, now it lasts for 8 months, no other prisoner in this prison is treated this way. I didn't talk to family, friends, managers, accountants for months at a time, which made It makes it impossible to pay my bills and take care of my house, or even talk to anyone to relax for fun and relieve stress and worse yet, deal with attorney's fees."
He goes on to explain how important it was for him to get help to regain his only method of communication while behind bars by commenting on the upcoming Christmas break and his mother's birthday. YNW Melly writes: “BSO realizing this, hiding from the world because I can’t hear the voices of my family has tortured me mentally and emotionally into a deep depression.” "This is a trap, I didn't get fair warning that talking about pin another inmate was wrong, the holidays are approaching not to mention my mother's birthday is Christmas day and not only is this torture for me it's their torture."

YNW Melly's future currently hangs in the balance as he could still face the death penalty in the double murder case if he is convicted.
