IO Interactive set out to make the Assassination World its newest Assassin trilogy, and has now taken another big step toward achieving that vision. This is much simpler than the current system with all kinds of access permissions for every game and platform, which can be intimidating or confusing for users. The presentation is also changed with the upcoming Freelancer mode in mind. This roguelike mode is still in the works, and IO has been running tests on it in recent months. It is launched on the same day as the launch Assassin Convergence: January 26th.
