I never was like, 'Oh we're going to be rock stars, or whatever,'" Blyth shared. "I think the really complicated part of it, for me, was navigating the fact that something I was going to do anyway — making music — was navigating how that turned into a business."
The singer admitted that he's not always comfortable with the business side of being in a music group, which is why they have a management team that handles it for them.
"We employ a lot of people. People have been able to buy Christmas gifts for their families this year because we hire them. It's our art and we love it, but it's a business, and for me, accepting that is weird," he said. situation. "I don't belong in the business world, and I haven't had any money. I'm not a rich kid or anything weird like that."
