Questlove continued: "Take a time-out for yourselves if you feel on edge (I know most of us are confused when it comes to darker emotions like sadness and anger - both are healthy to express but become problematic when the solution is to figure out how to let go of feelings that don't feel right to you)" .

“This is SO now. Saw this shared on @sir_twitch_alot's page earlier this week. What a bright soul you wrote.” “What a beautiful connection we had through music. It is sad to hear that someone who has brought so much joy to a room, has been suffering so much behind closed doors. I've known Twitch for over 20 years through the dance community - it's always brightened everything up. You never know what someone is really going through.

RIP to tWitch. I went to church with him when I was younger and he was the only guy we knew who made it out of Montgomery at the time. This is sad. 💔 https://t.co/ps7QIbubSc
