Futures He was recently sued by his ex-girlfriend over child support payments, but that doesn't stop him from flexing his financial muscle on social media.
The Atlanta rapper shared a video of Chicago rapper and Freebandz artist Zona Man on Sunday (November 13), in which he can be seen flaunting several stacks of cash to the camera. According to Hendricks, the shelves totaled a quarter of a million dollars.
"50s," Future said in the clip, and reposted it on his Instagram Stories. “That’s Hodo over there. 150 over there. That’s a quarter of a million here.”
Consequently radarOn November 10, Future was sued by his ex-partner, Britney Milley, for increasing child support.
The rapper was reportedly ordered to pay $3,000 a month to his nine-year-old son Prince in 2014. But since then, there has been a "material change" in his income, as well as the needs of their children, Mealy claimed.
Millie said Future had not "exercised the time limit for childrearing" and therefore "carried the burden of additional expenses" for Prince. She also accused him of failing to maintain dental insurance and said it was in willful contempt.
Additionally, Millie claimed she spent money on daycare costs because Future isn't about to spend time with their son, and said she wanted him to keep a $350,000 life insurance policy, which identifies their son as the beneficiary.
Future demanded that the court be closed in her application and that the payments remain unchanged. He said he had "consistently and timely paid his obligation to support the child" and that the original settlement addressed his travel.
Hendricks admitted he didn't get dental insurance but was currently dealing with the situation, while asking for the lawsuit to be thrown.
Money is definitely not an issue for Future, with the rapper Selling his publishing catalog in an eight-figure deal in September.
"I put everything into my music, and I wanted to make sure those were in good hands as I thought about the next chapter of these songs," he said in a statement at the time. “I am proud to partner with Rene and the team at Influence Media and to send a signal that this music has timeless value.
"My music is my art, and these songs represent some of the most valuable works of art in my career."
