It's been three days since the Disney+ movie premiered Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, and director James Gunn has begun answering fan questions regarding the Marvel Studios special. For fans who've already watched the 42-minute holiday-themed special, one of the most talked-about scenes is Nebula's surprise Christmas gift of a Rocket.

If you need a reminder, Rocket tried to buy Bucky's vibranium arm during the Wakanda battle scene in Avengers: Infinity War. When Bucky ignores his inquiry, Rocket promises himself he'll get that arm one day. At the moment Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday SpecialNebula fulfills Rocket's wish by giving him Bucky's Wakandan left arm, which has fans curious as to how Nebula got the gift from the Winter Soldier.
Gunn took it Twitter To finally answer that question, revealing that Nebula's advanced alien technology overpowered the unwilling Bucky and allowed her to take her arm.
She made a trip to Earth and ripped his body apart because she was feeling Christmas.

They will be joined by MCU newcomers Will Poulter, Chokwode Iwoji, Daniela Melchior, Maria Bakalova, and Nico Santos.
