The Blood Origin poster and poster for the Prequel series have been released

The first official trailer for the highly anticipated Netflix series The Witcher: Origin of Blood He arrived at CCXP in Brazil, with a look at what fans can expect from the upcoming series.

Led by Michelle Yeoh, the series will see the story of seven strangers who join together to bring down an empire. In the trailer, we meet most of the Seven Companions, and we also get a good look at just how brutal the Empire can be. The six-part limited series will be set in an elven world 1,200 years before the events of the main series. "It tells the lost story of time - the creation of the first Witcher prototype," reads the synopsis. "and the events leading to the pivotal 'conjugation of spheres', when the realms of beasts, men, and elves fused into one."

Joining the main stars are Minnie Driver, Lenny Henry, Merrin Mack, Nathaniel Curtis, Dylan Moran, Jacob Collins-Levy, Ho Novelli, Francesca Mills, Zac White, Lizzie Annes, and Amy Murray.

The Witcher: Origin of Blood It will be executive produced by Declan De Barra, who also serves as showrunner. Directed by Sarah O'Gorman and Vicki Jewison. They are executive producers the magician Featuring Lauren Schmidt-Hisrich, Hivemind's Jason Brown and Sean Daniel, Platige Films' Tomic Baginski and Jarek Sukko.
