31 of the moments that brought me joy this year

This year was unlike any other that I can remember. This was the first year that I really stuck with the trends and habits I started in the new year. My main goal was to keep moving forward—whatever that looked like on any given day—and to give myself a lot of grace in the process. This year hasn't been entirely easy, but nonetheless, I've felt a lot of joy and a lot of peace along the way.

Today I am sharing some of the Moments that brought me joy throughout the past year. In writing this list, I realized that there is power in writing down these kinds of moments of joy, not only in the past but also while experiencing them. I plan to do more of them next year!
